When we developed this site we kept in mind the things that were important to us when we ride…fun, safety, comfort, good looks and cost.

We realize that everyone has their own personal preferences and we have tried to add a variety of things to this site so if you don’t see something you might be looking for, e-mail us and we’ll try and make it available for you.

In an attempt to help you make some decisions on your purchases we have included a couple of simple descriptions:

Leather is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, adjusting constantly to its environment. Because it is a natural product, leather “breathes” freely, maintaining a comfort level for all seasons.

Cowhide- the most common leather used in making garments, generally is quite durable, easy to care for and resistant to water and dirt. It takes on the shape of the wearer making it more comfortable with time.

Lambskin- is very soft and luxurious leather. Its lightweight, velvety touch, suits form fitting jackets, pants, skirts, etc. With extra care lambskin is very wearable and the ultimate in luxury.

Buffalo – is strong and tough. It has a rubbery feel and pebbly texture. Heavy buffalo hide is thought to be the toughest wearing leather.
