Returns

All returned merchandise must be in new condition with tags on merchandise and original packing within 14 days of sale. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping all returned items must be shipped and paid by buyer.

C & K Motorcycle Accessories & apparel will not accept collect delivery this will be refused and sent back to sender. No returns on special orders, closeouts or discontinued items. For your safety helmets cannot be returned. Stained clothing will not be refundable or exchanged. All exchanges the buyer is responsible for shipping.

If product is returned after the 14 days are up, the only choice is a store credit equal to the original price minus shipment. Credit cards cannot be refunded after 14 days. We reserve the right to make or not make an exchange after 14 days. By placing an order you agree to our return policy.

Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped out, you will be responsible for shipping charges to you and back to C & K Motorcycle Accessories & Apparel plus a restocking fee. If you cancel before it is shipped you will be refunded the total charge minus $11.00 cancellation fee.

Mail Orders

We accept money orders in US funds only. Please money order to our address, please include phone number in case C & K Motorcycle Accessories & Apparel has a question. E-mails are optional and complete shipping address. Please send product code and give a description such as color and size.

International Shipping

International shipping can be done two ways: United Postal service or US Post Office. When shipped through the US Post Office we will have your package insured. We cannot guarantee any of our products will be delivered in the time frame you specify. If an order has been shipped out C & K Motorcycle accessories & apparel can not be held responsible. If a shipment was not received we will do our best to track items and file a claim with the shippers. If insured claim is received we will ship out new product to you. If your package is damaged or missing items keep all original packaging this will assist C & K Motorcycle Accessories & Apparel in filing a claim in your behalf.

Warranty

We do not issue our own warranty, only what our suppliers gives us. It is important to inspect your items on delivery for defects, fit, size, looks and style. If there is a problem contact us via e-mail immediately or at least in the 14 day timeframe. If we don’t know of any problems C & K Motorcycle Accessories & Apparel will assume the customer is happy with order.
